The following checklist gives examples of the information required for a thorough Review. As much as possible should be provided in advance (when and if available), because this preview makes our visit to your office(s) more efficient. Copies of all insurance policies (duplicate policy copies may be requested from your insurance broker)

  • Corporate: property, liability, auto, umbrella, workers comp., etc.
